Flowers to Studio

After you place your order, you will receive instructions on how to send your flowers to us. Please note that a shipping fee will be added to your final total—this only covers the cost of Forever Florals sending your finished frame back to you. The cost of shipping your fresh flowers to us will be covered by you.

We recommend using a reliable courier such as Courier Guy and kindly ask that you avoid PostNet, as slower delivery may result in the flowers not reaching us in time to preserve. An overnight service is strongly advised to ensure your blooms arrive fresh.

If you are local, you can choose the drop-off & pick-up option during checkout. We have a drop-off location at our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town, or at the V&A Waterfront.

Delivery of Your Finished Artwork

Your completed frame, showcasing the final design, will be carefully couriered to your door. It will be sent to the physical address you provide at checkout.

Please ensure you provide an address that will remain safe and accessible for at least four months after your event so your artwork arrives securely.
