Before Your Special Event
Secure your place in our studio by purchasing a Flower Preservation Package, choosing your preferred frame size, wood finish, and layout design.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking, ensuring your flowers have a space reserved for their journey from fresh to forever.
After Your Special Event
Once your celebration has taken place, post or deliver your flowers to our studio, following the step-by-step guide we’ll send you after your booking is confirmed.
This ensures your blooms arrive safely and ready to begin their transformation from fresh to forever.
The Preservation Process
Weeks 1–8: In the Studio
During these first few weeks, your flowers begin their gentle transformation.
Each bloom is carefully deconstructed and pressed, petal by petal, over approximately eight weeks.
The process may vary slightly depending on the flower types, ensuring every detail is preserved with patience and care.
Designing Your Keepsake
Weeks 8–12: The Design Phase
Once your flowers are gently removed from the press, they enter the design phase at our studio. Each bloom is thoughtfully arranged with attention to colour, texture, and balance to create a harmonious, timeless composition. During this stage, your flowers are also fumigated to preserve their beauty and integrity.
Finalising the Design
Weeks 12–14: Design Approval
Once your flowers have been arranged, a mock-up of your design will be emailed to you for approval.
After your approval, we carefully secure each bloom to the glass and prepare your piece for framing.
Please note that delays in responding may extend the overall timeline, so prompt approval helps keep your flowers’ journey on track.
Framing Your Memories
Weeks 14–16: Frame Finalisation
During this stage, your floral piece is carefully sealed into its custom-designed, solid wood frame at our studio.
Once complete, we’ll notify you by email that your floral frame is on its way to its forever home, ready to be cherished for years to come.
The Journey Complete
Your completed floral frame, showcasing the final design, will be carefully couriered to your door.
It will be sent to the physical address you provide at checkout. Please ensure this address will remain safe and accessible for at least four months after your event, so your artwork arrives securely and ready to be cherished.
